
On July 30, 1999, Dagong signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Moody¨s Investor Service, the international authoritative credit rating agency, in the Great Hall of People in Beijing. The agreement has historic meaning that the Chinese credit rating industry opened its door to the overseas.
Internalization
In August, 2003, the sixth Head Meeting of the Ministers of Finance from ASEAN, China, Japan and Korea, Dagong was recommended by Ministry of Finance of People¨s Republic of China, to represent Chinese credit rating agencies to participate in the construction of Asian bond market.

Comment: In January 2004, Dagong joined ACRAA. President Guan Jianzhong (third on the right of the second row) and Vice President zhang zhixiang(fourth on the right of the second row) attended the 2004 annual meeting of ACRAA in the capital city of Philippines- Manila.

Comment: On March 31, 1998, Dagong¨s credit rating report was referred in the IPO prospectus of Yanzhou Coal Mining Co. Ltd. It is the first time that Chinese credit rating agencies participated in international capital market.

President Guan Jianzhong met with Mr. Bruce Murray, the Chief Representative of Asian Development Bank PRC Resident Mission.

President Guan Jianzhong met with Mr. Liqun Jin, the Vice President of Asian Development Bank.

As a member of China Federation of Industrial Economics (CFIE), Dagong attended the German-Chinese entrepreneur forum jointly held by CFIE and German industrial and commercial delegacy led by Chancellor Gerhard Schroede.
