Introduction to the Wenzhou Branch of Dagong Global Credit Rating Co., Ltd.

The Wenzhou Branch of Dagong Global Credit Rating Co., ltd. (“Dagong Wenzhou Branch”) is a rating company specialized in credit evaluation for securities, commercial & industrial enterprises and financial organizations. With the largest scale and effectiveness nationwide, its head office is the only one national credit rating institution approved by both the People’s Bank of China and the previous State Economic and Trade Commission.

Founded in 2005 and subject to the Shanghai Head Office, Dagong Wenzhou Branch was appointed by Wenzhou Branch of the People’s Bank of China as an enterprise credit rating agency in Wenzhou. In October 2005, as a result of bid winner at the Wenzhou Enterprise Credit Rating Promotion and Bidding Conference, Dagong Wenzhou Branch acquired the qualification of Wenzhou enterprise credit rating and then started to extend the comprehensive credit rating business with borrowing enterprises.

The Rating technologies applied by Dagong Wenzhou Branch are rooted from both the “Dagong Credit Rating Methods”-- the first rating methods developed by Dagong with state-owned intellectual property rights, meeting the international standards and adaptive to the actual conditions in China, and the credit risk rating system formed subsequently.
