To manage potential internal conflicts of interest, Dagong has established an internal organizational structure designed to ensure that Dagong operates without internal conflicts of interest.　The Compliance Department supervises all the projects to make sure that the credit rating process is adhered to and a quality credit rating is produced.

To mitigate the inappropriate flow of information among Dagong's departments, Dagong has set Firewall Policy defining the manner in which company employees may reasonably use confidential information obtained during the ratings process.　These efforts are of paramount importance to ensure the independence, objectivity and fairness of the rating process and results.
