The Status and Role of Credit Rating Forum for the Aftermath of Financial Crisis is sponsored by Dagong Global Credit Rating Co., Ltd. in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse on January 10, 2009 in Beijing, in collaboration with China Banking Association, Xinhua News Agency, China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development and Institute of Finance & Banking, China Academy of Social Sciences for the purpose of summarizing the global financial crisis, understanding the rules of economic globalization under current credit economy, further improving social acknowledgement on the position and importance of credit rating in the capital market, accelerating the establishment of Chinese credit rating system and safeguarding the healthy and stable economic development in China.
The Forum focuses on some important issues, which draw the attention of the public, including new international financial order and globalization of Chinese credit rating industry, credit risks evolution and prevention, establishment of new international credit information service system, support of credit rating industry on rapid and healthy development of Chinese financial capital market as well as credit risks of enterprises¡¯ financing and investment activities amid financial crisis.
The Forum invites Mr. Cheng Siwei, the Former Vice Chairman of National People¡¯s Congress Standing Committee, Mr. Su Ning, the Vice President of the People¡¯s Bank of China, Mr. Zheng Xinli, the Depute Director of the Policy Research Office of CPC Central Committee, Mr. Lu Wei, the Vice President of Xinhua News Agency, Mr. Zhuang Xinyi, the Vice Chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Mr. Wei Yingning, the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Insurance Regulatory Commission, and Mr. Zhu Guangyao, the Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Finance. While the global financial crisis turns out to be the worse and worse, the China¡¯s financial industry draws most of the attention worldwide. To that end, Dagong Global Credit Rating Co., Ltd. Currently, the financial crisis triggered by credit risks is still affecting the global economy. Therefore, the public starts to pay more attention on how to determine the credit risks of sovereignties under financial crisis and analyze the credit risks of Chinese industries under economic hotspot. Dagong always insists on research on particularity of risks in sovereignties and industries and has produced the first credit rating methodology on sovereignties and improved the domestic credit rating methodologies on industries as well. In order to assist various economic systems to avoid risks, enhance the transparency of the credit rating information and enable the society to fully understand the methodologies used for determining the credit risks in sovereignties and industries, Dagong holds a conference for release of Dagong Credit Rating Methodologies on Sovereignties and Industries in the National Centre for the Performing Arts at 16:00 on May 23, 2009.

(b) The well-known Canadian soprano Anna Shafajinskaia will play the role of Princess Turandot.
(c) The cast will have a strong lineup, containing famous singers of the nation, such as Dai Yuqiang, Wei Song, Sun Xiuwei, Yao Hong, Ma Mei, Zhang Jianlu.
(d) Program Introduction
The NCPA's version of Turandot is the first original excellent work that the NCPA composed with all its strength. Hao Weiya, the Chinese young composer, entrusted by National Centre for Performing Arts, becomes the third composer of the world and also the first Chinese artist to complete Puccini's Turandot.
The famous director Chen Xinyi will be the general director and the famous stage designer Gao Guangjian will be the chief vision director and stage designer. They will decode the coldhearted Princess from an entirely new perspective and jointly open up a new artistic vista. The ancient Chinese Princess's story, completed by a Chinese for the first time, is a performing gala of the capital's cultural and artistic circle and moreover becomes a unique exquisite works of art in the gallery of NCPA.

Past Sessions
The first Session of China-Japan-Korea Forum on credit rating was held in Beijing, September 2007. Three Countries reached an agreement to cooperate on credit rating research and approach in order to improve the construction of Asian bond marked and financial risk prevention.
The second Session of China-Japan-Korea Forum on credit rating was held in Tokyo on October 2008. With respect to US Subprime Crisis, Asian countries reached consensus on construction of a new type of International credit information service system.
